• Payment

  To order a custom Twitter background you will need to pay using PayPal.

• Design

  48 hours after completing the questionnaire, you will receive a design concept for your Twitter profile. We guarantee this time frame, or you will get the design for free, and we will refund your money.

  The design proof delivered to you will show your custom Twitter background and specific Twitter colors. Until you approve the design, the concept will contain a special watermark that indicates this is a proof.

• Finalization of design

  If you need to make corrections to the proof you received, contact us and we will make those changes and send you a new proof within 24 hours.

  You have the option of unlimited revisions – until you are completely satisfied with your custom Twitter background design.

  When the design is to your liking, send us an approval via e-mail, and within 24 hours we will send you the custom Twitter background, without watermark.

  If you still are not happy with the design, request your money back. Within 24 hours of your request, we will return your money. You do not need to show any particular reason for requesting your money back.
